Portage County Youth Soccer - Registration
Welcome to PCYS Little Strikers Registration
At this time we are only taking registrations for Little Strikers - birth years 2016 and 2017. If you are registering for Little Strikers please disregard the information below and go to the next screen. There will be more information on the next page for this program.
If you are interested in recreational league, please check the PCYS website (pcys.net) starting April 1. There will be a link to recreational league registration on the home page.
If you are interested in our classic program, send an email to registrar@pcys.net. Please include your player's name, birth date and gender.
CLASSIC REGISTRATION INFORMATION
PAYMENT OPTIONS:
- Pay in full by credit card or eCheck.
- Installment plan - Pay at registration with remaining balance automatically taken on stated date. Family fee will be included with only one registration if multiple players from the same family are registered
FAMILY FEE or CLUB FEE: An additional once-a-year fee of $100.00 per family will be charged. If you choose to pay your fees in one installment, the fee will be assessed at registration. If you choose the installment plan, the fee will be assessed with the second payment (see payment options above).
TO COMPLETE REGISTRATION:
Payment: Payment in full or the installment plan. (This will include the Club Fee of $100 per family)
Documents: Please sign and date all documents presented during registration (Medical Release, Code of Ethics and Concussion).
Picture: Please upload a new picture with your registration. It must be current (within 6 months) and cropped to focus on the player's face. This picture will be used for the club player card. A player card will not be issued without a current photo. You will not be able to complete registration without this picture so please have it available before you begin.
UNIFORMS: All PCYS players are required to have a PCYS uniform. Uniforms are purchased separately and usually cost about $90.
OTHER HELPFUL INFORMATION
VOLUNTEER HOURS:
Competitive (Classic and Select) families are required to volunteer at each home tournament that your player competes in (4 hours in fall, 4 hours in spring). Also, families will be required to do 4 non-tournament volunteer hours. Volunteer hours can be found on the PCYS website under DIBS. Volunteer hours are tracked and recorded through this system. If you do not fulfill your hours during the soccer season (August 1st through the next July) a fee of $200 will be assessed for the next season. Your player will not receive their player card until all fees are paid. Coaches, team managers, board members, and committee members are excluded from the non-tournament requirement but will still be required to volunteer at each home tournament.
